Seat Leon (05 - 12)

Like the Volkswagen Golf but want to stand out from the masses? The Seat Leon might just be the car for you. Based on the same chassis as the Golf, it offers the same reliability and safety as the Golf, but with a little something extra…let’s call it Spanish flair. Seat pride themselves on delivering sporty but dependable motors and they didn’t disappoint on either front with the Leon. Great to drive, with keen handling and nicely weighted steering, all wrapped up in a stylish and sporty exterior – it’s obvious why the Leon is so popular in the Irish market. And despite being nearly a decade old, this model has aged incredibly well. Aesthetics aside, engine choice is good, fuel economy is pocket-friendly and overall it feels like a sturdy, well put together package.
